FTC Thinks Rules Don't Apply To It: Watson CEO

Bisaro railed against the Federal Trade Commission on Monday, saying the agency has flouted the law while trying to force him to testify in a competition probe triggered by a patent settlement over the narcolepsy treatment Provigil.
