Collins Capital Slips Claims Over Madoff Ponzi Links

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out class action claims accusing Collins Capital Investments LLC of funneling investor money into funds operated by convicted Ponzi artist Bernard Madoff, while allowing the plaintiffs a chance to refile some of their complaint.
