Dow Loses Bid To Halt UK Rubber Cartel Damages Suit

Law360 (July 27, 2010, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A U.K. appeals court has ruled that a group of tire manufacturers' damages suit against The Dow Chemical Co. and other chemical companies over an alleged synthetic rubber cartel can go forward in Great Britain, despite an earlier declaratory action filed in Italy.
