Murtha Cullina Nabs Energy Pro From Mintz Levin

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A 25-year energy law veteran has left Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC to serve as co-chair of the energy practice group in the Boston office of Murtha Cullina LLP, where he'll focus on energy, renewable energy and energy efficiency practices.

The new partner, Richard A. Kanoff, said Wednesday that he joined Murtha because of the significant number of energy generation clients that the 115-lawyer firm serves in New England.
