Furniture Co. Free Of Chinese Gov't Control, ITA Says

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Zhejiang Tianyi Scientific & Educational Equipment Co. Ltd. has proven it is not under the control of the Chinese government, the International Trade Administration found Thursday in a move that clears the company to ship wooden furniture to the U.S. free of anti-dumping duty margins.

The finding, made public in the Federal Register, was the final result of the ITA's new shipper review, which began in August.
