Atty Who Sought Sex Favors Spanked By NJ Court

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A lawyer who solicited sexual favors from some of his bankruptcy clients in exchange for his legal services has been suspended for a year and ordered to go to sensitivity training.
