Ineos To Sell Films Business To Bilcare For €100M

Law360, New York (August 2, 2010, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Chemicals manufacturer Ineos Group has agreed to sell its global films business to Bilcare AG, which provides packaging to the pharmaceutical industry, for €100 million ($131.7 million), the companies announced Monday.

The transaction, which will take place through Germany's merger process, includes Ineos Films' assets, operations and personnel in North America, Europe and Asia. It is expected to close at the end of the month.
