Court Seeks More Details In Intel Trade Secrets Case

Law360, New York (August 3, 2010, 3:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. government and an engineer charged with stealing trade secrets worth more than $1 billion from Intel Corp. to provide more information about the allegedly stolen secrets in an effort to resolve the parties' “vastly different” views about their significance.
