Farmers Entitled To Atty-Client Privilege, Court Rules

Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A state appeals court has reversed a ruling that Farmers Insurance Co. of Washington was not protected by attorney-client privilege when a Washington state homeowner requested documents in his suit accusing the company of fraud and bad faith over a fire damage claim.
