Esso's CERCLA Counterclaims Survive Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Five residents of Puerto Rico whose property allegedly was contaminated by oil leaks at one of Esso Standard Oil Co.'s service stations have lost their bid to toss amended environmental counterclaims brought by the company.
