Avago Hit With Antitrust Claims In Duplexer IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Adding to its original patent infringement claims, TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. has accused rival Avago Technologies Ltd. of unfairly monopolizing the bulk acoustic wave duplexer market through its unlawful acquisition of products and patents covering the technology.
