Vinson & Elkins Reps Reliance On $392M Shale Buy

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Indian energy giant Reliance Industries Inc. has agreed to shell out $392 million to acquire an area of the Marcellus Shale as part of a joint venture with Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., continuing the company's expansion into the U.S. natural gas market.
