Berkshire Unit Whistleblower Can't Depose Buffett

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 1:57 PM EDT) -- Warren Buffett will not have to sit for a deposition in a case brought by a former high-level executive at a recreational vehicle subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. who claims he was fired after reporting “millions of dollars” in fraud to the company's top executives.
