11th Circ. Keeps Michelin Rollover Suit In Fed. Court

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 1:14 PM EDT) -- A wrongful death lawsuit against Michelin North America Inc. is set to play out in federal court, now that an appeals court has ruled the tire company satisfied its jurisdictional burden even though the plaintiff didn't specify the amount of damages sought.
