Duncan To Pay EPA $2M In Leaky Gas Tank Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 12:52 PM EDT) -- Duncan Petroleum Corp. has agreed to shell out $2 million to settle environmental claims brought by federal regulators over leaky underground gasoline storage tanks.
