Congress Urges FDA To Seek Sizable Budget Boost

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 12:57 PM EDT) -- Committee chairmen from the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate are calling on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to send them a budget request for fiscal year 2012 that “will reflect the urgency” of the agency's expanded mission, as high-profile failures threaten to undermine public trust.
