Senate Confirms Wynn For 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 11:00 AM EDT) -- Before leaving town for the August recess, the U.S. Senate confirmed a slate of U.S. attorney, federal district and circuit court nominees, including North Carolina Court of Appeals Judge James Wynn, who was nominated for the second time in November to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
