Kohl Calls For Antitrust Probe Of Truck Freight Rates

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- Sen. Herb Kohl, D-Wis., is calling on the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division to relaunch an investigation into whether a motor freight industry association is violating antitrust laws by encouraging its members to collectively increase trucking shipping rates for certain types of cargo.
