Feds Want In On St. Jude Kickback Scheme Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government is seeking to weigh in on a whistleblower lawsuit accusing heart device manufacturer St. Jude Medical Inc. of using post-market studies and device registries as mechanisms to pay doctors illegal kickbacks for using its products.
