Graham Packaging Snaps Up Liquid Container For $568M

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Graham Packaging Co. Inc. has inked a deal to acquire fellow plastic bottle maker Liquid Container LP and its subsidiaries for a deal valued at $568 million.

Under the terms of the deal Graham announced Monday, West Chicago, Ill.-based Liquid Container will be scooped up by Graham subsidiary Graham Packaging Acquisition Corp.
