Dow Chemical Spill Suits To Be Heard In State Court

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 2:29 PM EDT) -- Louisiana residents who live near a Dow Chemical Co. plant where ethyl acrylate was accidentally released in 2009 can pursue their personal injury and property damage claims in state court, a federal appeals court has ruled, turning back Dow's attempt to have the case heard at the federal level.
