Feds Intervene In St. Jude Kickback Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A federal court has given the U.S. government permission to intervene in a whistleblower suit accusing heart device manufacturer St. Jude Medical Inc. of using post-market studies and device registries as mechanisms to pay doctors illegal kickbacks for using its products.
