Kodak Faces ITC Investigation Over Digital Cameras

Law360, New York (February 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The International Trade Commission said Wednesday that it will investigate Eastman Kodak Co.’s digital cameras in response to a patent complaint by a Michigan licensing company.

St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. first filed a complaint with the ITC in January, alleging that Kodak was importing digital cameras that infringe several of its patents.
