1st Circ. Won't Revisit Lockheed Race Bias Case

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit declined to rehear its decision to affirm a lower court's order granting judgment as a matter of law to Lockheed Martin Corp. after a jury ordered the defense contractor to pay $2 million to an employee in a racial discrimination case.
