Global Sourcing Close To Winning CIT Binder Cases

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- The government has agreed to drop tariffs on looseleaf ring binders imported by Global Sourcing Group LLP in a move that puts the telecommunications outsourcing company on track to prevail in five related legal challenges that began nearly five years ago.

The U.S. Department of Justice and the company now agree that the disputed goods are subject to zero duties, according to stipulated judgments lodged Tuesday in four U.S. Court of International Trade cases.
