Kaiser-Francis Appeal Of Gas Royalty Class Rejected

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 12:15 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a petition by Kaiser-Francis Oil Co. to review a lower court's certification of a class action accusing the company of failing to pay adequate royalties on natural gas to owners of mineral rights in Oklahoma.
