Suit Over WR Grace Plant Construction Defect Tossed

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has cleared the companies that designed a W.R. Grace & Co. fluid cracking catalyst plant in Curtis Bay, Md., of liability for the death of a maintenance worker who was killed when a stack fell off the roof of the plant onto his truck.
