La. Monks Allege State-Run Casket Cartel

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 1:54 PM EDT) -- A group of monks in Louisiana has accused the state of running a cartel in the casket industry, claiming that current funeral director licensing laws unfairly block them from selling handmade wooden caskets to support their abbey.
