Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 7:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on Thursday ruled in favor of the Federal Emergency Management Agency in an environmental group's suit accusing the agency of improperly relaxing insurance-related floodplain regulations for an urban levee project.
