Ceramic Fuel Cells To Get $3.5M From Oakdale Suit

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Electricity generation unit maker Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd. said Monday that it would rake in about AU$3.9 million (about $3.5 million) after striking a settlement deal with Oakvale Capital Ltd. in a suit CFC brought in an Australian court over investment losses.

CFC filed the suit against Oakvale, CFC's former investment and treasury adviser, in the Federal Court in Melbourne in late 2009. The lawsuit was bankrolled by litigation funder IMF Australia Ltd., which covered CFC's legal costs in exchange for a cut of any judgment...
