India Prepares Amendments To Data Protection Regime

Law360, New York (August 2, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- India will introduce a new data protection scheme “within the next few months” in an effort to bolster confidence in the country’s call centers and outsourcing industry, government official said at a New Delhi seminar last week.
