Chamber Revives Challenge To EPA GHG Regulation

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is accusing the Environmental Protection Agency of misapplying environmental statutes in formulating its greenhouse gas emission endangerment finding, and has asked a federal appeals court to review the agency's rejection of its petition to reconsider the finding.

Attorneys representing the Chamber's National Chamber Litigation Center Inc. filed a petition for review of the agency's actions Friday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
