Enviros Sue DOE To Block $4B Nuclear Facility

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 2:16 PM EDT) -- An anti-nuclear advocacy group has asked a federal court to block the U.S. Department of Energy’s planned construction of a $4 billion nuclear research facility in Los Alamos, N.M., saying the government has drastically understated the facility’s potential effects on the environment.
