5th Circ. Won't Rule Yet On Drilling Ban Injunction

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has punted back to a district court the government's bid to have the injunction against its May moratorium on deepwater drilling tossed out, ruling it did not have enough information to decide whether the injunction is moot.
