DC Circ. Keeps Price Caps On Gas Pipeline Releases

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 1:40 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decision to get rid of cost-based price ceilings on capacity releases by natural gas shippers while retaining caps on releases by natural gas pipelines.
