SanDisk Says It Didn't Infringe Shea Storage Patent

Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 2:02 PM EDT) -- Arguing that it has been falsely accused of infringing a data storage patent, SanDisk Corp. has filed a declaratory judgment suit against Shea Integration Solutions Corp. that claims Shea should have known its allegations were false.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, SanDisk alleges that its flash memory products do not include a key element of the patent Shea has accused SanDisk of infringing.
