NRDC Asks US To Up Seafood Testing Standards

Law360, New York (August 18, 2010, 1:10 PM EDT) -- The Natural Resources Defense Council and some two dozen other civic and environmental groups have asked the federal government to toughen standards for determining seafood safety and reopening fisheries in the Gulf of Mexico, citing concerns about the recent massive oil spill.
