RJR Gets Access To Protected St. Luke's Depositions

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. has won permission to view protected depositions from a 2008 hospital antitrust case as part of its defense in a state court case brought by Missouri hospitals seeking more than $1 billion to pay for smoking-related health care costs.
