BP, Transocean Brawl Over Spill Evidence

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 3:30 PM EDT) -- BP PLC and Deepwater Horizon partner Transocean Ltd. are locked in a tiff over the production of key evidence from the April 20 oil rig blast, as Transocean accuses BP of withholding documents in what BP calls a “publicity stunt” aimed at taking attention away from Transocean's role in the accident.
