Cruikshank & Fairweather Rebrands As Marks & Clerk Scotland

Law360, New York (August 3, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Scotland’s oldest patent and trademark law firm has changed its name to Marks & Clerk Scotland, adopting the name of the intellectual property firm that acquired it more than 30 years ago.

Cruikshank & Fairweather, which has offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, took the name Marks & Clerk Scotland on Aug. 2, 2004, the firm said.
