Pfizer Wants Dozens Tossed From Bextra MDL

Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 1:01 PM EDT) -- Pfizer Inc. has asked a court to dismiss the claims of dozens of plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over the arthritis drugs Celebrex and Bextra, alleging the plaintiffs have repeatedly failed to provide evidence that they ever took the drugs.
