Judge Urges PwC To Settle Case

Law360, New York (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An Australian judge has urged PricewaterhouseCoopers and a former senior partner to reach a settlement in what is the largest sex discrimination case in the country’s history.

At a hearing Monday in Sydney, Federal Court Justice Rodney Madgwick said the case would be so costly and time-consuming that no one would win, the Daily Telegraph reported. However, the judge did allow the case to proceed.
