McKelvey is the only defendant left in a securities fraud case the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed against him and several alleged co-conspirators, now that broker Ross Barall has agreed to cough up nearly $70,000 to resolve the SEC's claims.
Judge James Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida signed off on a final judgment against Barall on Monday.
