Judge Nixes Verdict For Tenn. City In CWA Suit

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has found that residents of Morristown, Tenn., proved as a matter of law that the city violated the Clean Water Act during an overflow of its sewer system, overruling a jury verdict that cleared the municipality of blame.
