Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Three firms have agreed to divvy up the $1.2 million AT&T Inc. set aside for attorneys' fees after two former SBC Global Services Inc. sales representatives won a lawsuit against the company over unpaid commissions on a digital transmission contract they helped AT&T secure.
