Former Fujitsu President Files $4.5M Suit Over Ouster

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 2:00 PM EDT) -- An ex-Fujitsu Ltd. president has reportedly filed a 380 million yen ($4.5 million) suit in Tokyo accusing the technology giant and four of its executives of forcing his resignation and falsely accusing him of having connections to the mafia.

The suit, filed by Kuniaki Nozoe on Tuesday in Tokyo District Court, seeks an apology in national papers in addition to the 380 million yen, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing Nozoe's lawyers.
