Mexico OKs Mexichem-Cydsa Deal With Conditions

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 5:04 PM EDT) -- Mexico’s antitrust watchdog has cleared the way for Mexichem SAB de CV to acquire two plastics subsidiaries from Cydsa SAB de CV as long as it does not request countervailing duties on competing imports and satisfies other conditions.
