Weyerhaeuser Scores In High Court Appeal

Law360 (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Weyerhaeuser Co. has scored a victory in its closely watched Supreme Court appeal, with the nation’s highest court on Tuesday overturning an earlier ruling against the forest products company in the predatory-bidding case.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday found that the test it had applied to claims of predatory pricing in an earlier case also applied to claims of predatory bidding in the Weyerhaeuser case.
