FDA To Examine Genetically Engineered Salmon

Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 1:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is preparing to consider what sort of labeling requirements it should place on food made from genetically engineered AquAdvantage Salmon, whose maker hopes it will be the first genetically engineered animal to win FDA approval for food use.
