Ex-MoFo Partner Arrested For Bilking Schools, Insurers

Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A former partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP and his wife have been arrested on suspicion of stealing nearly $400,000 from the San Francisco school district and private insurers such as Anthem Blue Cross to pay for the care of their autistic son.

San Francisco District Attorney Kamala D. Harris charged Jonathan S. Dickstein and Barclay J. Lynn with 31 counts of insurance fraud, grand theft, forgery and conspiracy in the San Francisco Superior Court on Wednesday.
